Teambuilding & teaming

Next to guiding teams and individuals towards results, I welcome a few new clients. Those clients work with agile and scrum and they find it hard to develop their teams. I make time to further develop my thoughts around team development and come to realize that more and more professionals work in various teams simultaneously. Teambuilding makes room for TEAMING.
TEAM is a noun; an established, fixed group of people cooperating towards a common goal.
TEAMING is a verb; the team is no longer static, but dynamic. It requires the skill to quickly build trustworthy relationships in order to share our knowledge and together come to new knowledge and results. Teaming is teamwork on the fly. – I spend 2019 learning about teaming and the psychological safety that is at the core of teaming. The books by Amy Edmonson are at the core.
